June 2008
June held the final 12 shows of the 70's tour, ending with the final night at the London Palladium.

The weekends were then packed with Midsummer Magic fun at Belvoir Castle (Grantham) and Lincoln castle on adjacent weekends. Artists included the Sugababes, Katherine Jenkins, and a band night in Lincoln show casing the local talent.

Days inbetween have included corporate work with B and H, and CVS, working in the London Ibis and GlaxoSmithKline offices.

May 2008
Dave has been filling his entire month by working the 70s tour and taking on extra work on the days off. All is good, and the hot tub in the garden is sure helping those few days at home.

A breif install took place at Adventure Island in Southend-On-Sea on two days off on the tour. Ten speakers were installed and hidden on the ride, with all the cable protected and out of view of the guests. Areas were zoned allowing messages to be sent only to selected areas of the ride. A golding system was installed to trigger the samples of audio and needless to say the client is very happy.

April 2008
Lots of long days at Spring Harvest have left Dave ready for... a first aid course paid by cadets! Not to worry, but at least it's all good training and even less sleep... And after that it's time to begin the 70's tour with Atlantic Audio providing the sound equipment and Flyingmusic running the production.

Add into that hectic month some work for Scala, GlaxoSmithKline and sound for the British International Disability Swimming Championships and you can see why Dave is perhaps looking a little bit tired... but not to worry, May looks just as exhausting!

March 2008
March has seen the Alton Towers' install completed in time for the opening of the park, with all the speakers tuned to the correct theming of each area.

Spring Harvest is taking place at Butlins holiday camp in Skegness and Minehead. B and H Sound are providing the sound systems for the big top at both sites as well as smaller system support. Dave is engineering at the Centre Stage venue at Skegness. Late night acts have included X Factor finalist Beverly Trotman and her band.

February 2008
Dave has been crazily busy working on a number of jobs, including the Alton Towers install, flying out to Nigeria for a week of solid grafting in hot and humid conditions, mixing a corporate charity event in the Magic Circle headquarters and working in a relaxing health spa in central London.

January 2008
Suprisingly busy for a January, Dave missed out on doing his planned gardening to take on some maintenance work inbetween corporate events for Southby in London and CVS in Gleneagles, as well as working on the Childrens Ministry conference for B and H in Eastbourne, and starting the install at Alton Towers.
